Overview

What it actually is.

Dental emergencies don't wait for an appointment. Severe toothache, a broken or knocked-out tooth, swelling, abscess, or trauma after an accident — all of these need attention as soon as possible.

Call us at (469) 759-6964 and we'll do our best to see you the same day. Walk-ins are welcome whenever the schedule allows.

Severe pain doesn't wait for an appointment, and neither do we. Walk in or call ahead.

What to Expect

How the visit goes.

Every patient gets the same unhurried, step-by-step process. No surprises, no fine print — you know what's happening before it happens.

01 Step 01

Call ahead

Even a 10-minute heads-up lets us prepare a room and shorten your wait.

02 Step 02

Triage & X-ray

We diagnose the source of the problem with a focused exam and a targeted X-ray.

03 Step 03

Get you out of pain

Whatever the cause — infection, fracture, trauma — the first priority is stopping the pain.

04 Step 04

Plan the next step

We finish with a clear plan: definitive treatment now, a follow-up visit, or a referral if a specialist is needed.

Why It Matters

What you get out of it.

The benefits aren't theoretical. Here's what changes for you in the weeks and months after treatment.

01

Save the tooth

A knocked-out tooth can often be reimplanted if you reach a dentist within an hour. Time matters.

02

Stop the infection

Untreated abscesses can spread — same-day treatment with antibiotics and drainage prevents serious complications.

03

Transparent pricing

Even in an emergency, you get a written estimate before any treatment beyond initial diagnosis.

04

Comfort first

Sedation options are available for severe anxiety or extensive treatment.

Insurance & Pricing

Same-day care, transparent pricing.

Emergency exam fees are usually covered by your insurance. Even in an emergency, we provide a written estimate before any treatment beyond initial diagnosis — no surprise bills.

Questions

The things everyone asks.

What counts as a dental emergency?
Severe pain, swelling, a knocked-out or fractured tooth, uncontrolled bleeding, lost crown or filling causing pain, or trauma to the face or jaw — all reasons to call us immediately.
What do I do with a knocked-out tooth?
Pick it up by the crown (not the root), gently rinse it with water if dirty, and try to place it back in the socket. If that's not possible, store it in milk and call us right away.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. We welcome walk-ins whenever the schedule allows — calling ahead at (469) 759-6964 reduces your wait.
