Overview

What it actually is.

Veneers are thin shells of porcelain custom-made for your teeth. They are bonded to the front of the teeth to mask chips, gaps, discoloration, minor crowding, or worn edges.

Done well, veneers look like natural enamel — light passes through them the same way it passes through real teeth. Done poorly, they look like teeth. Our approach is restraint: choosing the shape, length, and shade that look right on your face, not the brightest possible white.

Done right, veneers look like enamel — not like veneers. Restraint is the difference.

What to Expect

How the visit goes.

Every patient gets the same unhurried, step-by-step process. No surprises, no fine print — you know what's happening before it happens.

01 Step 01

Consult & design

We discuss what you like and don't like about your smile, take photos, and design the new look on a digital model.

02 Step 02

Prep & impressions

A thin layer of enamel is removed from the front of each tooth. Impressions are sent to the lab.

03 Step 03

Temporaries

We place temporary veneers so you can preview the new shape and shade before the final restorations are made.

04 Step 04

Final placement

About 2–3 weeks later, the final porcelain veneers are bonded into place. Adjustments to the bite are made on the spot.

Why It Matters

What you get out of it.

The benefits aren't theoretical. Here's what changes for you in the weeks and months after treatment.

01

Transform the smile

A complete smile makeover in 2–3 weeks — typically 6–10 veneers across the visible teeth when smiling.

02

Permanent whitening

Veneer porcelain does not stain. Coffee, wine, and tea will not yellow them the way they yellow natural enamel.

03

Natural appearance

Light reflects through porcelain the way it reflects through enamel — the result looks like teeth, not like a veneer.

04

Decades of life

Properly placed veneers routinely last 10–15 years and can last considerably longer with careful maintenance.

Insurance & Pricing

Cosmetic — CareCredit available.

Veneers are not typically covered by insurance, but we offer transparent flat pricing per tooth and 0% CareCredit financing on full smile makeovers.

Questions

The things everyone asks.

Will my teeth need to be ground down?
A thin layer of enamel — roughly the thickness of a fingernail — is removed from the front of the tooth. Minimal-prep and no-prep veneers exist for some cases.
Are veneers permanent?
The tooth preparation is permanent, so the veneers will need to be replaced eventually — typically every 10–15 years. The change is not reversible.
Can veneers fix crooked teeth?
Mild crowding or minor rotations, yes. For significant orthodontic issues, Invisalign or braces produce a healthier, more conservative result.
