Questions about the plan.

How do I sign up?

You can join the Minty Membership Plan in person at our office at 403 W Wheatland Rd, Duncanville, TX 75116, or by calling us at (469) 759-6964. A team member will walk you through the options and enroll you the same day.

When does my plan start?

Your plan activates on the day you join. You can schedule your first cleaning and exam immediately after enrollment. There is no waiting period.

Can I use insurance and a membership plan together?

The Minty Membership Plan is specifically designed for patients who do not have dental insurance. It cannot be combined with insurance benefits. If you have dental insurance, we recommend using your insurance and we will verify your benefits at no cost to you.

Do plans auto-renew?

Plans do not auto-renew automatically. Please call our office at (469) 759-6964 to discuss renewal options before your plan expires. We'll remind you as your renewal date approaches.

Is the plan available for the whole family?

Yes — each family member needs their own plan. The Child Membership is available for patients aged 16 and under. Adults and patients with gum disease concerns can choose the Premium or Periodontal plans respectively.

What if I need a treatment not covered by the plan?

Your membership discount applies to additional treatments outside the included services. For example, Premium Plan members receive 25% off additional cleanings, sealants, fillings, and core build, plus 15% off all other services.
